With its sleek industrial-style stainless-steel exterior and genuine brick interior, this innovative countertop oven makes it easy to enjoy restaurant-quality favorites right at home. A homemade pizza loaded with shredded cheese, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and other delicious toppings is the obvious choice, but the versatile brick oven works equally well baking blueberry muffins and apple pies, roasting chickens or salmon fillets, toasting bread for breakfast, and much more. Its user-friendly control panel consists of a toasting "start" button; a toasting "stop" button, which ends the toasting cycle at any time; an "on" indicator light; and three convenient control dials. The toast-shade dial makes it possible to adjust the toast shade from light to dark, the temperature dial adjusts the heat up to 500 degrees F, and the function dial allows for selecting the cooking method--choose from toast, bake, broil, convection bake, or rotisserie. The countertop oven provides a 0.90-cubic-foot interior with a nonstick coating (in areas where there are no bricks), a tinted-glass oven door with a horizontal handle, and a silver and black-accented side handle. In addition to the brick inserts that are permanently built into the sides of the oven, the unit comes with a removable baking stone for enhanced brick-oven-style results. Other accessories include two racks for multi-level cooking, a baking tray, a broiling pan, rotisserie skewers and fork, and a handy instruction/recipe booklet. The 1700-watt multi-functional countertop oven measures approximately 15-1/2 by 17-1/2 by 11-1/2 inches and carries a three-year limited warranty.
